The LASSI (Learning and Study Strategies Inventory) is a 10-topic, 64-question assessment that measures your metacognitive awareness and other factors that influence your academic performance. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete the LASSI. Taking the LASSI will strengthen your self-awareness, and our LASSI Reflection Sheets will introduce you to learning strategies and resources at Stanford.  Visit us through a Drop In appointment or participate in one of our LASSI Workshops to discuss ways to translate your results into action.

Meet Stanford Learning Lab's staff and find out how to connect with them.

Introduction to the LASSI

Each LASSI index is associated with a component of strategic learning: skill, will, or self-regulation.
